We are proud that South Korea, through KOTRA which is the country's Foreign Trade Promotion Agency, chose Dermaistas to represent the K_Beauty sector with selected Korean cosmetics at the 87th Thessaloniki International Fair last September!
The representation of Korea in a major event such as the Thessaloniki International Fair comes as recognition for our continuous effort to be the reliable Greek direct partners of renowned and dynamic Korean beauty and skincare brands, both through the retail eshop Dermaistas.GR and the wholesale eshop Dermaistas.COM.
Even more, we are making sure that we are good conduits for a broader cooperation between Greece and South Korea.
It was a special honor to be honored by the response to the lunch we organized as Dermaistas for the strengthening of relations between the permanent delegation of KOTRA at the Korean Embassy in Athens and representatives of the Greek government, as well as authorities and institutions of Thessaloniki.
Hosted by the founders of Dermaistas, Vangelis Moysis and Filia Nomikos, the lunch held in honor of the Director of KOTRA Athens, Mr. Ilhoon Ko, was attended by:
the Deputy Minister of Health Mr. Dimitris Vartzopoulos, the Mayor of Thessaloniki Mr. Konstantinos Zervas, the Member of Parliament and President of the Parliamentary Committee of Friendship Greece-Korea Mr. Theodoros Karaoglou, the engineer, businessman and Vice-Regional Director of Infrastructure and Networks of the Region of Central Macedonia Mr. Paris Billias, the Mayor of Aristotle Halkidiki Mr.. Stelios Valianos, the engineer, businessman and President of the Technical Chamber of Greece in the Department of Central Macedonia Mr. George Tsakumis, the CEO of HELEXPO TIF Mr. Kyriakos Pozrikidis, the CEO of the group of companies and the large insurance organization INTERLIFE Mr. Ioannis Votsaridis.
A special moment for us was the visit of the General Manager of KOTRA Athens Mr. Ilhoon Ko, and his associate Tonia Malidis to the Dermaistas premises, where they met the owners and staff of Dermaistas and we had the opportunity to offer him two books with the history of Thessaloniki and modern depictions of the city through the lens of the city's media.
*We note that we had not promoted anything in the previous period, from our activity at the TIF, due to the drama experienced in those days and continue to experience thousands of our fellow citizens, due to the extreme natural phenomena that hit the country and especially Thessaly.
