Once we have verified your professional status, we will send an email to the address you have registered, confirming your account approval within 48 hours.

Once you have received this email, you can log in and browse the website to view the brands, wholesale prices, and so on.

As long as you are logged into your account:

  • Add the products you want to order to your shopping cart.
  • Shipping options will then appear. You can then select your preferred courier.
  • Complete your payment using a card or bank transfer *.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email.
  • Your order will be processed and shipped within 12–24 hours. Orders completed after 1:00 p.m. on Fridays will be shipped on the following Monday. In the event of a public holiday or strike, shipments will be made on the next working day.

* Orders for which bank transfer has been selected as the payment method are reserved for (5) five days. If payment has not been verified by our accounting department within this timeframe, the order will be automatically cancelled.

  • Within 24 hours, your order will be confirmed and we will send you detailed information and payment instructions with free shipping.
  • Pay for your order and the shipping process will begin with a delivery time of 15-17 days.

Customers from non-EU countries have the responsibility and obligation before proceeding to purchase products from dermaistas.com to ensure that the CPNP certification is sufficient for the legal marketing of the products in their country or that they can at their own risk secure any additional certification required for legal marketing in their country.
