LOG_IN in the same field and then you can browse the site accessing:
- all products of the ONLINE catalogue that Dermaistas officially represent in Greece with wholesale prices, suggested retail prices, expiry date of the available lot and
- the page and download link of the DERMAISTAS b2b OFFLINE 1000 Catalog, with even more companies and products.
ONLINE CATALOGUE
- - Add to your "cart" the products you want to order, complete your selections and click "send order".
- Within 24 hours the order is confirmed and we send you detailed cost information including shipping, and method of payment.
- You pay for your order, which is immediately prepared and shipped to you within 3-5 business days.
OFFLINE CATALOGUE

- Download the catalogue/order form to your computer.
- Fill in the number of pieces in each product you are interested in (price totals are calculated automatically).
- Email us the completed form: b2borders@dermaistas.com.
- Within 24 hours the order is confirmed and we send you detailed information and payment method with free shipping.
- Once you complete the payment for your order, the shipping process begins with a delivery timeframe of 15-20 days.
TRADE AND DISCOUNT POLICY ON THE ONLINE CATALOG FOR CUSTOMERS IN GREECE
MOQ: For each product there is a Minimum Order Quantity of three (3) pieces.
MOA: Minimum Order Amount before tax is set at 250€. FREE SHIPPING for every order over 500€ before tax.
EXTRA BENEFITS:: 2% return marketing bonus at the end of the year, calculated on the annual turnover before VAT, as long as this exceeds 5,000 euros.

TRADE AND DISCOUNT POLICY ON THE ONLINE CATALOG FOR FOREIGN CUSTOMERS
MOQ: For each product there is a Minimum Order Quantity of three (3) pieces.
MOA: Minimum Order Amount before tax is set at 250€.
For orders between 500€ and 999.99€ (before tax), a 3% discount will be applied.
For orders between 1.000€ and 1.999,99€ (before tax), a 5% discount will be applied.

For orders over 5.000€ (before tax), a 10% discount will be applied.
PIECES PRE-ORDERS
By following relevant publications in our NEWS, or by contacting contact@dermaistas.com you can find out approximately when out-of-stock product arrivals are expected. For out-of-stock products that have an estimated time of arrival, we activate the possibility of pre-ordering pieces. You can pre-order pieces together with orders of available pieces, receiving two separate invoices. One that will accompany the products you will receive immediately and one that will be for the products you pre-ordered and will receive in a subsequent shipment.
PRE-ORDERS IN BOXES

DETAILS
The Customer may browse the WEBSITE for as long as they wish to select Products from the ONLINE CATALOG and access and download the OFFLINE CATALOGUE as described above.
Online catalogue: The website menu displays the available categories according to what the Customer wants to search for, e.g. by product type and brand. In order to see the wholesale, the Customer must register on our website with their company details on the "my account" page to receive the personal login code in their email, after cross-checking the details and professional status.
By logging in with his account, he will see the prices and of course, by clicking on a product, he will be able to obtain more information about each product, such as description, ingredients, method of use, weight of box (carton), number of pieces per box, wholesale price excluding taxes, minimum purchase quantity, etc.
It is absolutely necessary to carefully read and accept the current Terms & Conditions as well as the Privacy Policy by clicking on "I agree to ECPC's Terms of Service and Purchasing Conditions".
After the Customer has selected the products by placing them in the "basket", they can go to the "basket page" to confirm the registration of their order and the address to which the order will be shipped. They will immediately receive an email confirming their order entry, and within the next 4-36 hours, after ECPC has reviewed the terms and verified that there is stock, we will confirm the order and email the customer the "order confirmation" with the total value of the order, taxes, if taxes are applicable for purchases from the customer's country, as well as our company's ECPC bank account and VivaWallet account, so that the customer can choose the method desired and proceed to payment.
In the next 24 hours after the payment the Customer will receive the Final Invoice while their purchases will be forwarder for shipment. The shipping will take place in 24-72 hours, except of periods of external factors preventing this to happen (for example a strike of employes in the shipping and transportation chain), or exceptional promo actions of ECPC is taking place with related information being announced in time.
After customers have created their account, they will always have access to their purchase history in "My Account > Orders".
