For shipping wholesale orders within Greece, we partner with Taxydema Courier and ACS Courier.

Delivery time:

  • 2 to 4 working days for Thessaloniki, Attica and major cities.
  • 3-6 business days for the rest of Greece (including island destinations).
  • The delivery time may be extended for remote areas depending on the courier companies' routes.

Shipping costs:

For products from the ONLINE CATALOG, enjoy free shipping on orders of €500 or more.

For orders under €500 from the ONLINE CATALOG:

  • From 6 € + VAT for orders weighing up to 10 kg, shipped within Thessaloniki.
  • From 11 € + VAT for orders weighing up to 10 kg, shipped to the rest of Greece.

The final shipping cost of each order over 10 kg is determined by the exact weight of each order, the destination and the current price lists of the courier companies, with an indicative average price of 0.75 € + VAT per kg over 10 kg.

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL PRODUCT ORDERS FROM THE OFFLINE CATALOGUE.

The exact shipping cost for each order will be included both in the confirmation notice that the customer receives with the final total cost of the confirmed order and in the electronic invoice received after payment is completed, at which point the order is shipped.

Free shipping also applies to combined orders from both the Offline and Online catalogues, provided they are shipped together within the 15-20 day delivery timeframe applicable to the Offline Catalog.

INTERNATIONAL

For international shipments we cooperate with DHL and FEDEX, receiving offers for each shipment and choosing the most advantageous for the customer.

EXPRESS SHIPPING (air)

For Cyprus and all other countries, which are not included in the above "country zones", only the express shipping method (air) applies, with a delivery time of 2-4 working days and shipping costs starting from 45 € for orders weighing up to 5 kg and increased depending on the weight of the order, the destination country and the pricing policy of the selected shipping company.

Under the same conditions, all customers can choose express shipping from countries where road transport is available.

TOTAL SHIPPING COSTS

The exact shipping cost of each order, depending on the customer's choices, will be included both in the confirmation note that the customer receives with the final total cost of the confirmed order, and in the electronic invoice that he/she will receive after the order is paid for, at which point the shipment of the order begins.
